This is a full-time role. You must reside in Massachusetts and be willing to travel within a one-hour driving distance for provider visits.

About the Role

As a Provider Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing Everlong’s reach by creating and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers and their teams. This role blends field engagement with virtual outreach, giving you the flexibility to connect with providers in multiple ways while driving consistent, measurable growth

Your focus will be on expanding patient access to Everlong’s nutrition care by building awareness, guiding providers through our referral process, and ensuring their teams feel supported every step of the way. You’ll have the freedom to own your strategy while collaborating closely with our internal teams to make sure partnerships are effective, sustainable, and impactful.

At its core, this role is about combining the personal trust of in-person connection with the efficiency and scale of digital health - helping Everlong become the go-to partner for providers who want better outcomes for their patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hybrid Outreach: Build strong provider connections through a mix of in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings, ensuring flexibility in how you engage and grow relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and qualify new referral partners across primary care, specialty practices, and clinic networks by researching, prospecting, and networking.
  • Partnership Building: Establish authentic, long-lasting relationships with physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and clinic staff to create a referral process that feels seamless and supported.
  • Account Ownership: Manage provider accounts end-to-end, keeping communication consistent across in-person visits, phone, email, and virtual check-ins.
  • Provider Education: Deliver presentations and training that highlight Everlong’s mission and patient impact, equipping providers and staff to confidently refer patients.
  • Scaling Impact: Share insights from the field, refine outreach strategies, and contribute ideas that strengthen Everlong’s provider partnerships for expansion.

With proven healthcare sales experience - you know how to build trust, influence decisions, and deliver results. You balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, always willing to roll up your sleeves to make progress. Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven success in healthcare sales (experience in provider referrals, telehealth, or digital health technology strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently grow and manage partnerships from the ground up.
  • Able to build trust and influence across physicians, administrators, and support staff in a clinical setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with sharp organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for in-person provider visits.

Projected Total Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
