What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications to optimize patient outcomes, all while collaborating closely with psychiatrists and care teams.
• Provide crisis intervention, patient and family education, and ongoing emotional support.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records compliant with all regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating mental health care standards.

• A licensed PMHNP with proven inpatient experience —
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions in fast-paced environments.
