A well-established outpatient mental health practice in Lower Westchester, NY is seeking a Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative clinical team. While we maintain a strong in-person presence, we welcome candidates who prefer to work remotely in a telehealth capacity. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

About the Role:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan, with a primary focus on adults and older adults.

• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other clinicians to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.

• Flexible scheduling with telehealth-based care as a primary or hybrid option—no on-call requirements.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
