Job Overview

We are seeking remote, tele-health based Psychiatrists (BC/BE) to join an expanding national practice built by psychiatrists for psychiatrists. This full-time position allows you to focus solely on patient care for children and adults with common mental health disorders, supported by industry-leading technology and administrative relief.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, in-network outpatient psychiatric treatment via a 100% virtual model.
• Independently manage and treat a patient population that matches your clinical interests and expertise, with the ability to adjust patient intake criteria in real-time.
• Ensure adequate time is allotted for all appointments: a minimum of 60 minutes for new patient intakes and 30 minutes for follow-up visits.
• Collaborate efficiently with the in-house billing, patient care coordinator, and referral teams to minimize administrative tasks.
• Engage with the practice's proprietary EMR system, which integrates features like provider-to-patient messaging and direct lab integration.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry. Subspecialty training is encouraged.
• Current, unrestricted medical license. Support is available for licensing across multiple states.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and continuous quality improvement.
• Comfort and proficiency with providing patient care using telehealth technology.
