Psychiatrist/ Medical Director - 7 on / 7 off

We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our team in an Inpatient setting. This position offers a 7 on/ 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

(We also have another opening in an outpatient setting in Cleveland, OH, with a Mon–Fri schedule.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year
