Inner Balance Psychotherapy Services, LLC is a growing private practice focused on providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care. We serve a diverse population including adolescents and adults, with a strong referral base and consistent demand for psychiatric services.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a meaningful, sustainable caseload without administrative burden.

Position Type

• 1099 Independent Contractor (with option to transition to W2 in future)
• Full-time or part-time options available

Compensation

• Competitive split (based on experience and productivity)
• Consistent referral stream provided
• No billing or administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists within the practice
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in South Carolina
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with outpatient mental health preferred
• Comfortable treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and related conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
