Role Overview

Scaleup Connect an HR Agency is expanding its panel of Psychologists to serve a growing client base. We are seeking experienced psychologists who can provide professional counseling, assessments, and wellness support for employees of our client organizations. This role is designed for professionals who want to being part of an agency network offering specialized HR and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions, psychological assessments, and advisory support for agency clients on a need-basis.
• Address workplace-related issues such as stress, burnout, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, or group sessions for client organizations when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, ethical standards, and proper documentation of all cases handled.
• Collaborate with the HR agency in designing and implementing wellness initiatives for client companies.
• Serve as a panel consultant available for projects, assignments, or retainer agreements with multiple clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Organizational Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of applied experience in counseling or workplace psychology.
• Strong ability to handle confidential cases across diverse industries.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and advisory skills.
• To work with multiple client organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered psychologist with a recognized Psychology Council
• Prior consulting or panel association with corporates, agencies, or institutions.
• Experience supporting Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) or corporate wellness models.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
