Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic I/O Psychology Intern to support our HR and Organizational Development team. The intern will assist in performance management, employee engagement, training needs assessment, and workplace improvement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying psychological principles to business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performance appraisals, coaching, and employee development activities.
- Support in conducting psychometric assessments and employee surveys.
- Help design and implement employee training and development programs.
- Participate in workplace motivation, employee engagement, and conflict resolution initiatives.
- Assist HR in improving recruitment and hiring processes, including candidate assessments.
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Collaborate with HR and organizational development teams on ongoing projects.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of I/O psychology concepts (performance, motivation, training, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team, take initiative, and manage tasks responsibly.
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from an HEC-recognized university
