Scheduling Psychologist

MEETING MATTERS is a Clinic of counseling and therapy with top of the line team of psychologists. We are now opening a position for a Scheduling Psychologist with fixed salary plus additional incentives.

Job Role: Psychologist with excellent sales skills
This person will be responsible for answering the incoming psychology queries of patients. Offer them Psychological First Aid if required. Then schedule them with our team of psychologists. To keep track of all enquiries and future schedules with the relevant psychologists.
The scheduling psychologist will be a person with excellent communication skills in Urdu and English. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent Sales skills to mature the enquiry into a sale.

First : Please only apply if you have understood the challenges of this role. We will be further training for CBT and other counseling certificates, however, this role is not a clinical role. Yes, we may utilise you if required for unplanned or unscheduled counsling queries.

Secodnly we need an employee who is SELF DRIVEN. Who is not to be guided all the time, a person who is a go-getter and who can create targets based on next few hours and not days!

Thirdly, the person has to have a personality which is absolutely non-confrontational and who can work with challenging and high-achieving team members in a competitive yet respectable environment.

Fourthly, Since we are starting up a new business model for an older business, we need you as a person who is not working with their eyes on the watch as when to packup but we need motivated people who can make our project a success because we will offer incentives that will make you have the ownership of the business.

Fifth: You have to be data driven, scientific in your approach and have excellent grip on use of technology and systems. If you dont have them then atleast show us your available skills and we will see if you are trainable in that direction.

Sixth: We need a person who will have the ability to meet the deadlines.

Seventh: We would like a hire a leader's personality who is open to criticism, who has the ability to accept her/his mistakes and who has Empathy as a basic personality trait. We would like a leader who is open to new ideas.

What you will get: Other then the fixed salary, we will offer incentive on every month performance. We provide US Based CBT Training to our psychologists who join us in any capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
