About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Representative & Receptionist to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth patient experiences, efficient clinic operations, and timely aligner dispatches. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and excellent at handling patient and doctor communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Management: Handle patient records and updates through CRM software.
  • Appointment Booking: Schedule and manage appointments for multiple doctors across locations.
  • Reception Duties: Welcome patients, answer calls/messages, and respond promptly to queries.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve concerns between doctors and patients in a professional manner.
  • Aligner Dispatching: Coordinate with courier companies for booking and timely delivery of aligners.
  • Accounts & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of payments, update financial data, and verify entries.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English & Urdu (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and WhatsApp-based communication.
  • Ability to stay active and responsive during working hours.
  • Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or customer service (preferred).
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).

Work Details

  • Timings: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Salary: 30,000 PKR/month
  • Benefits: Free Dental Treatments (Conditions Apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
