Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to the members of the Executive Team, consisting of Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, and Human Resources Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentation and other documents.

2. File and retrieve documents and reference materials.

3. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and Compliance Committee meetings.

4. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events for the Executive Director.

5. Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.

6. Devise system and track evaluations (90 day and anniversary).

7. Assist with HR functions including new hire clearances and notifications.

8. Complete the Spirit Committee Newsletters on a quarterly basis.

9. Assist with EEOC recordkeeping and reporting.

10. Support Fundraising and Agency Activities as assigned or applicable.

11. Review operating practices and suggest improvements where necessary.

12. Perform other related functions delegated or assigned by the Executive Team.

13. Post weekly schedule in Administration Office with revisions done as needed and notify Executive Director of these changes.

14. Attend and participate in agency Leadership meetings.

15. Participation in agency events.

16. Follow all NYS vehicle and traffic laws while on duty.

17. Attend trainings and professional developments as identified by supervisor.

18. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
