Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Etihad National is a dynamic and fast growing company. We are seeking for experienced candidate to join our team as Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in the field and should have understanding of the UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities:

Labor Law Compliance:

• Stay abreast of the latest updates and changes in UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance to the organization and its employees on matters related to employment contracts, visa processes, work permits, and other relevant legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all employment practices align with UAE labour laws.

Government Offices:

• Liaising with all government departments and authorities on behalf of the company wherever needed\

Public Relations:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Arabic-language outlets promote the organization's image.
• Arabic proficient language to showcase the company's commitment to legal compliance and corporate responsibility.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a liaison between the organization and government entities to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
• Address employee concerns related to labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and support as needed.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee records, contracts, and other relevant paperwork in accordance with UAE labor laws.
• Facilitate the visa and work permit processes for employees, ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in public relations and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and government procedures related to workforce management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Driving License is a must
