Key Responsibilities:

Handle all government-related documentation and transactions (visa applications, labor cards, trade license renewals, immigration, etc.).

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws, regulations, and procedures related to company operations.

Coordinate with HR and management to ensure smooth processing of employee visas, work permits, and other legal documentation.

Manage company trade license renewals, tenancy contract registrations, and other corporate legal requirements.

Liaise with government departments and agencies to represent the company’s interests.

Prepare and maintain records of all PRO activities and related documentation.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration policies, and relevant government regulations.

Assist in resolving any government-related issues and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven 2 years experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
