About the Role
ZPlus Limousine Company is hiring a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government and legal-related tasks. The selected candidate will take care of company documentation, employee visas, licenses, and coordination with government authorities to ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company representative with government departments
• Process and renew trade licenses, permits, and official approvals
• Handle employee visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, and immigration files
• Coordinate with Immigration, MOHRE, RTA, Police, and other authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government requirements
• Maintain and update records of all official documents and expiry dates
• Follow up on applications, approvals, and government requests
• Advise management on legal procedures and regulatory updates
• Visit government offices when required
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and report updates to management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Good knowledge of government procedures, visas, and labor laws
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and able to manage deadlines efficiently
• Valid UAE driving license
• Experience in the transport or limousine industry is a plus
