Public Relations Officer (PRO)-ONLY EMIRATI NATIONALS (Preferably Male)

Note: This is a full-time office-based position. Remote or online work is not available. Only applicants who are based in DUBAI/SHARJAH those who are closer to DUBAI, will be considered.

Role Summary: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all official documentation and procedures related to government, labor, immigration, and personal family matters as required. This role ensures that the company and its key personnel remain fully compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements, including visa processing, labor permits, trade licenses, family sponsorships, and any other government-related affairs. The PRO plays a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with relevant government bodies and ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all company and personal PRO documentation, applications, renewals, and approvals related to government authorities.
• Process and monitor visas, work permits, labor cards, and other immigration requirements for employees and family sponsorships where needed.
• Coordinate with government departments to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws and regulations.
• Manage all required government procedures for personal family matters (e.g., family visas, dependents’ residency renewals, attestations, etc.).
• Renew, update, and maintain all company trade licenses and other legal documents. Complete any government-related tasks as needed for the company and designated individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in relevant government departments. Keep up to date with any changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate these effectively to management.
• Prepare and submit reports related to government procedures and compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor, immigration, and family sponsorship laws and procedures.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government personnel.
• Relevant experience as a PRO or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant languages as required (e.g., Arabic and English).
