Responsibilities :
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining the PRO database, including scanning and organizing passports, labour contracts, labour cards, visas, and other related documents.
- Tracking entry dates of new employees for visa processing and related requirements.
- Assisting employees and managers with day-to-day PRO-related inquiries.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation and information are accurately prepared and forwarded to the PRM.
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining individual hard-copy HR records.
- Liaising with the PRO and HR departments regarding visa processing, contract renewals, cancellations, and other related tasks.
- Ensuring company compliance with UAE labour laws and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to join immediately.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
