Public Relations Executive

The Patient Relations Executive serves as the main point of contact between patients, their families, and the healthcare facility. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and coordinating with clinical and non-clinical staff to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Welcome and assist patients and their families with information, directions, and support.
• Respond to patient concerns, complaints, or suggestions with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient issues.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and help implement improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients about hospital policies, processes, and available services.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.
• Support the admissions and discharge process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Promote a culture of care, respect, and service excellence within the facility.

Experience: 1 years in patient services, healthcare customer service, or related roles (preferred).

Trivandrum Candidates are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
