Government Relations & Compliance
Liaise with UAE government departments (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Free Zones, etc.) and act as the company s official representative.
Manage all activities related to immigration, labour, municipality authorities, and company licensing (applications, renewals, cancellations, amendments).
Oversee visa processes for employees and families, including health insurance, Emirates ID, and sponsorship.
Handle attestations, legalizations, Ejari, tenancy contracts, civil defense certificates, and related permits.
Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, Immigration Law, and free zone regulations, ensuring timely documentation and accurate records.
Employee Services
Support onboarding and offboarding (medical tests, visa stamping, cancellations).
Guide employees through government-related processes and coordinate with embassies/consulates when required.
Coordination & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with ministries, embassies, free zones, and semi-government bodies.
Provide regular updates to management on new regulations and policy changes.
Collaborate with HR/Admin on staff-related legal and immigration matters and support audits or inspections.
