Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with solid experience in real estate operations, particularly dealing with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other government entities related to the property sector. The ideal candidate will manage all official documentation, licensing, registration, and compliance requirements while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all transactions and documentation with DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant government departments.
• Manage property registration, title deeds, Ejari, project approvals, and developer-related processes.
• Ensure the company’s real estate projects comply with all applicable government regulations and laws.
• Maintain updated knowledge of real estate policies, procedures, and regulatory changes in Dubai.
• Represent the company in official meetings and communications with government bodies.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with officials and representatives from various government entities.
• Prepare and maintain records of all submissions and approvals related to real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of PRO experience in the real estate industry within Dubai.
• Excellent knowledge of DLD, RERA, and other government procedures and online portals.
• Strong network and connections within government departments related to real estate.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken preferred).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
