Job Purpose:

To manage and execute all government- and RTA-related tasks for the Used Car division, ensuring smooth processing of vehicle passing, registration, renewals, and related documentation. The role requires close coordination with RTA, Tasjeel centers, and other government entities to maintain compliance and support day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all RTA-related procedures including car passing, registration, renewal, and ownership transfers.
  • Coordinate with Tasjeel, Shamil, or other testing centers for vehicle inspection and approval.
  • Manage and process traffic fines, Salik accounts, and insurance documentation.
  • Prepare and submit all required government applications and forms accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with RTA, Police, Municipality, and other authorities as required for business operations.
  • Maintain updated records of all vehicles, documents, and transactions.
  • Support the team in handling import/export documentation, number plate assignments, and vehicle clearance.
  • Ensure all legal and procedural compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to used cars.
  • Assist management in any additional PRO-related or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a PRO or government liaison role, preferably in the automotive or used car sector.
  • Good knowledge of RTA systems, e-services, and vehicle registration procedures.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
