Public Relations Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and professional Public Relations Officer to manage communication between clients and our company. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling client inquiries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience throughout the business setup process in the UAE. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• Age: 30 – 35 years
• Education: O/A Levels with a minimum Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations, Client Relations, or Communication roles
• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in UAE-based firms, BPO industry, or UK/USA-based organizations will be preferred
• Additional Advantage: Call center experience will be considered a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming client inquiries related to UAE business setup and government services.
• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding:
• Company formation
• Tax registration
• Visa processing
• Bank account opening
• Legal documentation and compliance
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation through relevant government portals.
• Maintain professional, accurate, and timely communication with clients throughout the service cycle.
• Stay updated on UAE business regulations, Freezone policies, immigration laws, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in all documentation and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely service delivery.
