Job Overview

Care Villa is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage patient enquiries, coordinate admissions, and support outreach activities.

The role involves interacting with patients and families, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and building professional relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.

This position is suitable for candidates who are empathetic, well-spoken, and comfortable with both healthcare coordination and field-based relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patient and family enquiries
• Explain services and admission procedures clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with doctors, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers
• Follow up on enquiries and support the admission process
• Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, referrals, and admissions

Field Outreach & Relationship Building

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, therapists, and counsellors
• Build and maintain professional referral relationships
• Conduct outreach visits to NGOs, wellness centres, rehabilitation centres, and corporate HR teams
• Represent Care Villa during awareness programmes and institutional meetings
• Submit daily and weekly activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Management, Life Sciences, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ethical and patient-focused approach
• Willingness to travel within Kerala and outside the state if required
• Comfortable with regular field visits

Language Skills

• English and Malayalam – Mandatory
• Hindi or Tamil – Preferred

Experience

• Experience in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, counselling support, or business development is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
