Marwan Al Shaali Group is a leading automotive group in the UAE, dedicated to excellence in service, compliance, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a proactive and experienced PRO to manage all government and regulatory interactions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government documentation, approvals, and correspondence with UAE authorities (MOI, DED, Immigration, Labour Department, etc.).
  • Process visas, labour cards, permits, and approvals efficiently, including renewals and cancellations.
  • Liaise with government departments to ensure timely processing of licenses, permits, and legal documents.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and corporate regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and track the status of all government-related applications.
  • Support HR and administrative teams with legal and compliance documentation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on government processes and application statuses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in automotive or corporate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Proficient with government portals (ICP, Tasheel, MOHRE, Amer, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
