Coordinate with appropriate authorities in the Labour & Immigration department for obtaining approval for the Company, its employees and authorised visitors to ensure that all government approvals and requirements are met.
Government Approvals:
Co-ordinate and prepare all documents required by government departments to obtain various approvals for the company, its employees and visas for authorized visitors
Labour Approval:

Prepare & submit all documentation required for labour department approval for new hires.

Assist the Manager in Co-ordinating and establish relationships with the labour department to obtain approvals for the employee & company authorised visitors.

Prepare documents to assist the new joiners in medical check-up & pay bank guarantee for approved employees to obtain work permit.

Coordinate & prepare documentation required for renewal of labour cards, health card & other documents like employment contract for
Immigration Approval:

Coordinate & Assist the Manager in obtaining immigration department approval for all employees, new hires, company authorised visitors & guests to ensure compliance to Oman laws.

Prepare & submit all documentation required for obtaining various categories of visas and other immigration related documents.

Prepare documentation & coordinate for renewal of visit visa, employment & residence visa for all employees to ensure all immigration department & statutory requirements are fulfilled.
Government Body Approval:

Prepare documentation for obtaining approvals & also for renewals from Ministry of Economy, Chamber of Commerce etc to ensure conformance to Oman laws.
Policies & Procedures

Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.
Documentation / Public Relations

Manage and maintain employees' file system including soft and hard documentation and ensure regular updates of the same.

Able to assist the company Oman visitors when needed.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with The company Oman visitors, clients and customers.

Participate in other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Health, Safety & Environment:

Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Diploma Degree in Human Resources Management, business Admin or equivalent.

Preferred works with ERP Systems, Oracle , SAP, โฆetc
B. Minimum Experience:
-
1 year of relevant experience in the Human Resources function.

3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
