Abu Dhabi Aviation is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Public Relations Officer
to join our team in Egypt. This role is critical in managing our administrative footprint, ensuring seamless liaison with government authorities, and supporting our aviation personnel and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the issuance and renewal of Egypt Air Force Al Maza Airport gate passes for all ADA personnel.

Process staff residency applications and renewals through the relevant Egyptian Government Authorities.

Manage rent renewals and housing arrangements, coordinate maintenance and support needs for staff accommodations.

Source and procure non-aviation spare parts from the local market to support the Air Taxi project.

Act as the primary liaison with the Chief Engineer on all hangar maintenance issues.

Collaborate with the ADA HR department to manage all local HR-related requirements and documentation.
Qualifications

Grade 12 (High School Diploma), Diploma or bachelor’s degree; ICDL certification.

Minimum of 4 years in a Personnel Administration or PR role.

At least 1 year of direct experience dealing with Egyptian government departments and bureaucratic processes.

Full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Must possess a valid Egyptian Driving License.

Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of local market procurement.
