Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related procedures and documentation for our company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all government transactions including visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, and company licensing.
• Process employment visas, work permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), Immigration, Municipality, Free Zone Authorities (if applicable), and other government departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and government regulations.
• Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, company registrations, and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and company files.
• Assist in drafting official letters in Arabic (if required).
• Provide guidance to management and staff regarding visa and labor matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (preferably in Sharjah).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Good relationships with government departments is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
