Time Express Parcels is a leading e-commerce logistics and courier provider. We are looking for an experienced, proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our dynamic team and manage critical government and driver-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Residency & Visa Processing:Manage end-to-end employee residency processing, including new visas, renewals, and cancellations through MOHRE, GDRFA, and TasHeel.

· Quota & Recruitment: Strategically manage driver and rider quotas via MOHRE to support ongoing recruitment and manpower planning.

· License Renewals: Oversee the timely renewal of Trade Licenses, Chamber of Commerce certificates, and all necessary municipal permits.

· Fleet Documentation: Handle the registration, renewal, and deregistration of all company vehicles and motorbikes with the RTA.

· Driver Management: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving driver-related conflicts and managing claims or legal issues with Dubai Police and the Traffic Department.

· Emiratisation: Ensure full compliance with UAE Emiratisation mandates and reporting requirements.

· Government Liaison: Represent the company at various government bodies (DED, Dubai Police, Courts) to maintain valid operating permits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven PRO experience in the UAE, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector.

· Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law, RTA regulations, and immigration procedures.

· Communication: Excellent communicator with a positive and energetic attitude.

· Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.

· Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
