Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) / Mandoub

About Us

Al Jazeera Medical Center is a premier healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services to our community. We are looking for an experienced and proactive P.R.O / Mandoub to join our administrative team and bridge the gap between our facility and government authorities.

The Role

As our P.R.O., you will be the face of the center for all government-related transactions. Your primary goal is to ensure that all legal documentation, staff licensing, and facility permits are processed accurately and on time to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Government Liaison: Process and renew all company documentation, including Commercial Registrations (CR), Trade Licenses, and Establishment Cards.
  • Visa & Immigration: Manage all staff visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and residency permits (QID) via Metrash2 and the Ministry of Interior.
  • Medical Licensing: Coordinate with the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) for the licensing of medical staff and the facility.
  • Labor Relations: Handle all labor-related contracts and disputes through the Ministry of Labor.
  • Translation: Translate official documents from English to Arabic (and vice versa) as required.
  • Compliance: Keep management informed of any changes in local labor laws or government regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a P.R.O/Mandoub in Qatar, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Expert knowledge of Metrash2, Hukoomi, and other government online portals.
  • Driver’s License: Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record and your own vehicle.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with government officials.
