We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our publications team, focusing on generating new business and managing client relationships across the UK and US markets. The role involves front-line sales, client engagement, and revenue growth by promoting our publication products, digital solutions, and subscription services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK and US publishing, media, and corporate sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Present publication offerings, digital platforms, and subscription packages to clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in UK and US publishing markets.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align client needs with publication offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in publishing, media, or subscriptions).
  • Strong understanding of UK and US client markets, with prior exposure to international clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a consultative sales approach.
