Job Title: Pump Maintenance Foreman (Indian)

Location: Liberia

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pump maintenance activities and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on centrifugal, submersible, reciprocating, and other industrial pumps.
• Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and sealing of pumps and motors.
• Monitor pump performance and identify early equipment failures or operational issues.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new pumps and related mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, job reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in risk assessments.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and ensure timely completion of planned works.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best maintenance practices.
• Request required tools, materials, and spare parts to support smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma or Trade Test in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4-5 years relevant experience in pump maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of pump systems used in industrial environments (e.g., water treatment, irrigation, oil & gas, manufacturing).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Hands-on experience in shaft alignment, overhauling, and pump diagnostics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,335.16 - ₹64,966.80 per month
