Purchase Assistant

Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Hingna

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
  • Maintain and update purchase records and vendor details
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations and follow-ups
  • Compare prices and negotiate basic terms with suppliers
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts department
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
  • Support the procurement team in daily administrative tasks

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Tally.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in ERP software
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
