As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated professional to support our administrative and procurement functions.

Job Discerption:

Procurement:

· Source and purchase industrial automation products, components, and spare parts as per company requirements.

· Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms.

· Track and manage procurement orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

· Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Administration:

· Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.

· Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.

· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams for order processing.

· Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.

· Assist in follow-up of inquiries, quotations, and payments.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong understanding of industrial automation products and their specifications.

· Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Zoho) and online procurement tools.

· Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Excellent communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

Experience Required: 1 – 2 years in Industrial Automation

Visa Type: Husband Visa

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Automation, or related fields)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
