About the role
The Purchase Associate is responsible for supporting the procurement and purchasing
activities of the school. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing supplies, equipment, and services needed for academic and administrative operations. The role ensures all purchases comply with school policies, budgetary limits, and quality standards while maintaining transparent records and timely vendor coordination.

Who we are looking for

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.

Skills:
o Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
o Excellent communication and organizational abilities
o Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software
o Attention to detail and ability to multitask
o Understanding of budgeting and financial documentation
