Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in people handling / production supervision
Job Summary: We are looking for a Battery Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in the battery production unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and manage production staff effectively to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily battery production operations.
• Monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and shift planning.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage production store activities, including raw material issue and finished goods tracking.
• Maintain daily production and attendance records.
• Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Identify process improvements for better productivity and cost control.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in people handling and production supervision.
• Strong knowledge of battery production or related manufacturing operations.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage a team effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
