Duties and Responsibilities of a Purchase Coordinator in Ideal Decor

Procurement Management

  • Source and procure furniture, decorative items, materials, and accessories based on design team requirements.
  • Ensure purchases align with project budgets and timelines.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all decor items and materials.
  • Organize storage areas to ensure easy access and safe handling of items.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain purchase records, supplier invoices, and delivery documentation.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procurement requirements.

Logistics & Delivery Management

  • Manage transportation and logistics for ordered items.
  • Track shipments and handle import/export documentation if applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
