Job Title: Junior Purchase Co-ordinator

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement of automation, electrical, and mechanical components as per approved requirements.
- Collect vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with technical, project, and operations teams to understand material specifications and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, delivery status, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and MIS reports.
- Support inventory monitoring and basic material reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- .5–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Candidate with relevant educational background andTechnical Knowledge will be considered
Knowledge & Skill
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn procurement processes and grow into higher roles.
