Accusion Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise located at Shindewadi/Velu, in Pune. We manufacture precision machine components in all ferrous and non-ferrous materials as per customers' requirement. Our majority customers are pharma machinery manufacturers. Apart from that, we also supply parts to automation systems, die and mould industry, automobile component industry and others. We supply jobs with material and take up job work as well.

Job Description:

To identify, develop, and manage vendors/suppliers for tooling, precision components, and raw materials. Ensure timely procurement with the right quality and cost, while fostering long-term supplier relationships to support the tool room's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify new suppliers for sub-contracted machining services.

• Establish long-term relationships and support suppliers in improving quality, delivery, and cost
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.
• Ensure quality compliance for incoming parts and coordinate for rework or rejection handling.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through alternate sourcing, supplier development, and value engineering.

6. Interpret engineering drawings and tooling requirements for vendor communication.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a tool room or production environment.

• Knowledge of tool room processes: machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, grinding, wirecut, Waterjet, laser-cutting, etc.
• Technical understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Supply chain and procurement systems (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
