Job Title: Purchase Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally.
• Extract and maintain reports from Tally (e.g., Pending PO, Delivery Challan (DC), Ledger, etc.).
• Manage invoice booking in Tally.
• Handle TDS deductions, debit notes, and credit notes in Tally.
• Assist in stock-taking and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain vendor records and support procurement documentation.
• Prepare and analyze basic reports using MS Excel.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1–2 years in purchase/accounts or a similar role.
• Good experience of Tally software (mandatory).
• Understanding of basic purchase processes, stock management, and invoice handling.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data entry, formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with the accounts and stores team.
