Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel
● Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order follow-ups, and delivery updates
● Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations
● Handle email communication with vendors and internal teams professionally
● Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities
● Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping of all purchase-related data
Requirements:
● Graduate in Commerce or a related field
● 2–4 years of experience in a procurement or purchase role
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Experience in vendor management and coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
