Purchase Executive

• Source and procure materials such as furniture, lighting, fabrics, flooring, hardware, and decorative items for interior projects.
• Compare vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Ensure all purchases comply with the project specifications, timelines, and budget.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, material usage, and reordering schedules.
• Manage documentation including bills, invoices, GRNs, and delivery notes.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, service, and reliability.
• Handle logistics and transportation for timely material delivery to project sites.
• Stay updated on trends, new materials, and market rates in the interior design industry.
