Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive with a background in construction procurement to manage sourcing and purchasing of construction materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to support multiple construction sites efficiently while maintaining cost control and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials) as per project requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and capacity to deliver.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Create and process purchase orders (POs) based on material requisition and project needs.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, storekeepers, and accounts to ensure material availability.
• Monitor and track material delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery at sites.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and develop new supplier networks.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and company procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
• Resolve supplier complaints or issues related to delayed or defective material delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics/transportation teams for material delivery to multiple construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
