Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement activities for MEPF projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality and cost standards. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for MEPF projects.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stock levels, plan material procurement to avoid project delays, and assist in inventory management.
• Build and maintain relationships with approved vendors and new suppliers.
• Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or documentation discrepancies.
• Support cost control initiatives and suggest alternative vendors or materials where necessary.
• Collaborate with finance teams for invoice reconciliation and payment processing.

Qualifications:

✔ Any Graduate & also preferable Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Mechanical), Supply Chain, or related discipline
✔ 1–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in MEPF, construction, or facilities services
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Ability to understand technical specifications and material requirements
✔ Proficient in MS Excel and procurement software
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
✔ Able to work independently and in a team environment
✔ Knowledge of vendor management and contract procedures
