Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement of raw materials, office supplies, and services.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to achieve cost savings.
  • Maintain inventory levels and monitor purchase budgets.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
  • Coordinate with Production and Finance teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate purchase reports.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple supplier relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
