Purchase Executive

• Supplier Management: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with qualified vendors for quality materials.
• Procurement: Handle end-to-end purchasing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, packing materials, and consumables.
• Negotiation: Secure best pricing, payment, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate purchase records, batch details, and audit trails.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Coordination: Work with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Warehouse teams
