Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement for Civil, Interior, Electrical & MEP works. The role requires strong vendor negotiation skills, BOQ-based purchasing knowledge, and close coordination with project and accounts teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management

• Procure materials for Civil, Interiors, Electrical, Plumbing & MEP works as per approved BOQs, drawings, and specifications
• Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor & supplier base
• Invite quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate best commercial terms
• Finalise vendors in line with company policies and project budgets

Purchase Order & Execution

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with correct specifications, rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites to avoid delays
• Coordinate with site teams for material requirements, consumption planning, and delivery schedules

Cost Control & Documentation

• Ensure all purchases are within approved budgets and project cost plans
• Maintain complete procurement documentation including quotations, POs, challans, GRNs, and invoices
• Coordinate with Accounts for GST compliance, billing accuracy, and timely payments
• Assist in cost optimisation, rate analysis, and value engineering initiatives

Material Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Civil: Cement, Steel, RMC, Bricks/Blocks, Sand, Aggregates
• Interiors: Gypsum boards, False ceiling systems, Carpentry materials, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Stone
• Electrical & MEP: Cables, Switchgear, Panels, Lighting, Plumbing & Fire-fighting materials

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to read and understand BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Good knowledge of GST, procurement processes, and documentation
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP / procurement software
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Procurement or supply-chain certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience with Civil / Interior / MEP Contracting Companies only
• Exposure to Retail, Restaurant, Food Court, Commercial, or QSR projects preferred
• Based in or willing to work from Sultanpur Metro Stations, New Delhi

Compensation

CTC – Best in Industry, commensurate with experience and skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
