Purchase Executive

We’re Hiring: Purchase Executive / Purchase Officer

We’re looking to add a Purchase Executive to our team to support our growing manufacturing operations in the fastener / automotive components space.

Location: Vasai / Mumbai
Industry: Manufacturing | Fasteners | Automotive Components

What you’ll do

• Manage procurement of raw materials, bought-out items, consumables, and services
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Create and track purchase orders
• Work closely with production, quality, and stores teams
• Maintain purchase data, vendor records, and MIS reports

Who we’re looking for

• 1–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement (manufacturing preferred)
• Exposure to industrial materials / fasteners is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Supply Chain preferred)
