PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

• Ensure timely procurement of indirect materials, consumables, tools,packaging, and services as per production and maintenance needs.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requisitions and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a vendor database with rate contracts and lead times.
• Ensure timely processing of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and invoice forwarding to accounts.
• Operate effectively on ERP/SAP systems for all procurement transactions.
• Carry out field purchases (local market, urgent procurement, direct pick-up) as required.
• Use personal/company 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for supplier visits, material pickup, or logistics coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
