Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive

Location: Mumbai Goregaon.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently,

ensuring timely availability of materials at the best possible cost and quality. The role involves

vendor management, negotiation, procurement planning, and coordination with internal teams to

support seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning: Identify material requirements, create purchase plans, and ensure

timely procurement to meet project needs.

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

for quality materials at competitive prices.

• Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with

suppliers to achieve cost savings.

• Order Processing: Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply of

materials.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid

shortages or overstocking.

• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company

policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records.

• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to improve

sourcing strategies.

• Coordination: Work closely with the finance, operations, and project teams to align

procurement with company goals.

• Problem Resolution: Address any supply chain disruptions, quality issues, or delays

effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement or beyond, preferably in the

construction, steel structures, or prefabrication industry.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a

related field.

Skills:

o Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

o Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.

o Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.

o Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing steel structures, insulated sheets, and construction materials.

• Knowledge of import/export procedures and supplier sourcing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
