Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete procurement cycle from requirement planning to purchase order closure
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements
• Ensure timely follow-up of orders and monitor delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement or purchase operations
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of market analysis and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software/ERP systems
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
