Purchase Executive

Role Summary
Responsible for sourcing and procuring glass, aluminium profiles, hardware, and related materials. Ensures timely supply, competitive pricing, and quality compliance while working efficiently with Odoo ERP for all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, and consumables.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Maintain vendor relationships and identify new suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders through Odoo ERP.
• Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and coordinate with stores and project teams.
• Verify material quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases in Odoo.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing within the glass & aluminium fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glass types, and accessories.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
